Return & Complaint Policy

At TRVN Activewear, we follow Norwegian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven). Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help.

Returns – Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

You must notify us in writing (e.g., via email) within 14 days after receiving the goods.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us at info@trvnactivewear.com before sending back any items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Note: This right applies only to private consumers, not to business purchases.

Complaints – Defective or Wrong Items (Reklamasjon)

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, you have the right to complain within a reasonable time, and up to 2 years from the date of purchase under Norwegian law.

We will either:

Repair the item

Offer a replacement

Or provide a refund

We cover all costs related to valid complaints, including return shipping if needed.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or complaints for:

Items returned in poor condition (e.g., used or washed)

Normal wear and tear
