1. What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes from XS to XL (depending on the product). You can find detailed measurements in our [Size Guide].

2. How long does shipping take?

Norway: 5-7 business days via Helthjem or PostNord

International: 5–12 business days depending on your location

You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order is on its way.

3. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We sometimes offer free shipping for orders over 1000 NOK — check our homepage or announcement bar for updates.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! You have 14 days to return your order under Norwegian law (Right of Withdrawal). The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
You are responsible for return shipping.

5. My item is defective or I received the wrong product — what now?

We're sorry! Please contact us at info@trvnactivewear.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll fix it — either with a replacement or a refund.

6. How do I care for the clothes?

Each item has a care label. As a general rule:

Wash cold (30°C)

Avoid bleach

Do not tumble dry

Air dry for best longevity

7. Where are your products made?

Our items are produced in Indonesia and China with a focus on quality and fair conditions. We work closely with trusted manufacturing partners.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We currently ship to selected countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us and we’ll try to assist.

9. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped.
