Welcome to TRVN Activewear. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

1. Products & Pricing

All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, update product information, or correct errors at any time.

2. Ordering

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is not a binding agreement. A binding purchase contract is formed once your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, technical errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Payment

We accept secure payments through Visa, Mastercard, Klarna and Vipps. Payment is processed at the time of ordering. Your information is encrypted and handled securely by third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days. Delivery delays may occur during peak periods or due to external factors.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties outside of Norway.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

Private customers in Norway have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

To use this right:

You must notify us in writing within 14 days.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

6. Complaints (Reklamasjon)

If your product is defective or damaged, you may file a complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act within 2 years from the purchase date.

We will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the law. Contact us at info@trvnactivewear.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Products that has normal usage damage will not be approved as a complaint.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses due to delays, out-of-stock items, or external delivery issues. Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase.
